Showcase LA Events, Inc. Jets Off to Jamaican Retreat

Every year, new initiatives are created and implemented in an effort to boost morale and create friendly competition in the workplace. This year, Showcase LA Events, Inc. has a trip to Jamaica planned, where team members who perform particularly well are to be rewarded with the opportunity to attend the resort-based event with fellow team members.

The trip will see winning team members from different branches of the company all over the country, heading over to a luxury resort in Jamaica. Once there, the hard-working team members can enjoy a number of restaurants, a great range of bars, and some of the biggest, most luxurious swimming pools around. There are even Jacuzzis, local restaurants surrounding the complex where you can try Jamaican cuisine and nightlife entertainment.

The event is designed to give people a chance to relax after their fervent work throughout the year, and also to create friendly competition within the office. The relaxing holiday allows team members to get to know other representatives from all over the country, and perhaps reunite with colleagues they have previously met at national conferences.

Team members are also be able to engage in some light training activities, and these events will introduce winning colleagues to some new concepts and include role playing sessions to give everyone the chance to try out new techniques. It’s the perfect combination of learning and fun, but it’s mostly fun! The trip is to be held this month, with deserving team members announced within the coming weeks, so be sure to keep an eye out on our website!

Showcase LA Events, Inc. Attended Dallas Top Guns Conference

Team members at Showcase LA Events, Inc. are regularly given opportunities to expand their career, improve their abilities and network with other professionals in the marketing and sales industry through training and inspirational events held on a regular basis. The most recent of these events was the Top Guns conference in Dallas.

Jessica, Tevon, Ingram, Mohammed and Chris, who are some of the best performing team members in the company, had the honor this year to attend and participate in the annual conference. Each individual described the trip as incredibly beneficial and enlightening, as they were given the chance to learn new techniques and tips to help them with their current work in Los Angeles.

The yearly event is attended by team members, leaders and managers from branches all over the country, giving people the chance to learn more about how the company operates on a national level, and how different products are performing across state borders.

Several keynote speakers were also present who gave attendees an insight into the importance of representation at on-site promotional campaigns, and direct marketing and sales. The event was a great way to boost morale, for everyone to have some fun and to come back to their offices refreshed and with new ideas and techniques to implement into their daily work.

This event was yet another great success for the company, and should allow us to continue improving the quality of representation that we give to all of our clients. We anticipate even better sales in the future, and can’t wait for the next Dallas event to come around.
